Apartment Renovation Project, No 4
No 4 had been let out for many years.
The Client wanted to have it refurbished & had modernised with a view to maximising its potential.
We decided to keep what was acceptable and do away with the rest. We ended up keeping the flooring & the wardrobes., The rest was stripped back and stripped out, and then it was re-designed.
One of the issues with the apartment was that it was very dark and un-inviting. The brief was to brighten it up as much as possible.
We stripped out the dated & tired bathroom & kitchen & replaced them with new contemporary and sleek ones.
The walls and woodwork were freshly painted.
Exquisite curtains add warmth and a focal point to the Living Room & the bedrooms.
Furniture was carefully chosen to make the best use of the space available and to provide maximum flexibility.
Replacing the ceiling pendants with energy saving downlighters added to the cleaner look and the sense of space.
Storage was maximised wherever possible, and a home office space was created .
It was a pleasure to do business with you , I felt I was in safe hands from the start and you kept me in the loop throughout,
I couldn’t be more happy with the service I got.
